Artist's Comments
Based upon the italian "nelle ombra" meaning "in the shadows". A photomanip I'd planned to do at some point as part of a series (so you may see more), just a simple, dark fantasy mix of different aspects. No matter how often one sees it in movies, I never seem to get tired of seeing samurai swords mixed in with more modern scenarios.
It forms some practice about a project I intend to be working on soon, but I don't want to give too much away y'see, se I won't elaborate further  The real challenge with this was going for a form of composition which closely resembles the syle of what you would see in a manga, but using live action material - I hope everyone can see the similarity. If not let me know how to improve it for next time round. Hope you enjoy! |
